Since 2023, the Kemaris has had a makeover. Its 52 rooms and 5 apartments (40 to 55 m²) blend contemporary design with natural references. Some rooms have a private terrace, the apartments have equipped kitchens and large garden terraces.
A genuinely useful location
5 minutes’ walk from the Côte des Basques and 10 minutes from the town centre. Private parking on site — a real luxury in Biarritz in high season.
Breakfast and service
Booking reviews (8.4/10 from 1,741 ratings) and TripAdvisor agree: the regional buffet breakfast is well regarded, the staff friendly and attentive.

- Request the renovated building (the timber-framed Basque house) when booking.
